Wow .. I know I may be talking to soon here but I have just called indovision to get connected to their service as I am ripping out Astro as they lost the EPL. It was probably the best call centre I have ever contacted. Very friendly, no red tape, good advice on specials .. all in all bloody brilliant. Better than that I called at 7.30pm on a saturday night and they will connect me tomorrow. I can't see any cable TV station anywhere in the world being able to match that sort of sevice.

you're being very optimistic about them connecting you tomorrow. Better to reserve your high praise until that actually happens..and also Colonel Phoenix, you can apparently get the EPL by getting a new service called AORA...1,7 million a year i'm told... RH will tell you more

I ripped out kable vision (but kept their Interne) and put in Indovision,.. U are right Pheonix,.. their service is second to none,.. and YES they are an INDO company

Morning Dilli,.. I have fastnet for Internet,.. very good but has the odd hiccup,.. Indovision for Tv as Kable is still analogue and Indovision is Digital so far better piture on LCD TV

I have Speedy in my office in Cilandak and it is CRAP,.. down every day at some stage for hours at a time,.. unfortunately can't get anything else in the estate

Also I have One card for Indovision and works both in jakarta and Bali so don't have to pay twice

^^^^Kablevision & Fastnet back up & running, now that was Divine Intervention. We had Speedy before installing Fastnet so we kept it as a backup (base fee and minimum download price is IDR 220,000 each month) and I have only had one instance where I know of where both internet services were down at the same time in our house. My problem is with switching to Indovision is the wife and I vary on TV tastes sometimes and when that happens I pack it off to the bedroom and watch what I want there while she sits out in the main room. With Cablevison I believe we would have to have 2 dishes for our arrangement to stay the same, unless Indovision has changed this........

U are right about Cable U can watch the different channels in different rooms,.. unlike indovision which can only do one channel at a time on one box,..

Well 5pm connection time booked and 5.05pm the guys were installing my service. Accordng to the sales rep i spoke to yesterday you can watch different programs on different TV's as long as you pay for a second installation, which at the moment is only about 100K. As you cannot get a multi channel decoder with the Merdeka promotion (pay two months and get two months free) I was advised to do the installation to get the special promotion and then to call up two weeks later to get the second install done.

Yes I was watching TV within 5 minutes if the installation guys getting here. WH I don't work for Indovision ... i am the first to complain when i get really bad customer service and feel that I should also let others know when i receive outstanding service

FASTNET seems to have bitten the big one this morning, it has just said fuckit I am not going to work today, Kabelvision is on and off every 10 minutes and customer service is so swamped with calls the First Media answering system is not working and Telkom Speedy is NOT so speedy today...........Long Live Jakarta Infrastructure
